what is coaching

Coaching is a confidential, one-on-one, solution focused, results oriented conversation where you are encouraged, supported and compassionately challenged by me to take action to support positive changes in your life and/or work. 

Coaching is not counselling or therapy.

Coaching is designed to support personal and professional development.

Coaching sessions are conducted in person, on Skype or on the telephone.

Coaching with me can help you:
• gain more professional and personal effectiveness 
• learn more about yourself, your strengths and personal qualities
• gain clarity about what is important to you, make decisions about what you want and help you take action to   achieve what you want
• gain more balance and personal fulfilment in your life
• set and achieve meaningful goals in your personal or professional life
• achieve your goals by using both Eastern and Western strategies
• increase your self-confidence and ability to “make things happen”
• develop your ability to lead others with integrity 


Coaching with me is light, joyful, revealing, inspiring and affirming…. you will leave the session feeling fantastic, with a plan and the confidence to make changes in your work and/or your life.  I use both left brain (logical) and right brain (creative) approaches and use both my ability to analyse situations and my intuition, when working with you.   

I hold a belief in your capacity to change; through coaching you discover your unique combination of strengths, skills and values, and grow and develop in-line with your heart’s desires and/or focus for work. I use a solution focussed, action oriented approach to coaching. This means I focus, not on analysing problems, but on supporting you to find solutions and actions to move you towards what you want to create. 

After each session, you will have things to do, (actions you decide and actions I set) and also we will talk about the mindsets that will support your actions. At the next session, you will report on those actions, and the results and outcomes. 


Most of my clients experience significant changes in their work and/or lives by having  5 x 60minute sessions in a 8-10 week period.
